We have a 69-Day Shredisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with the product, we'll give you your money back if you ship it back to us. Fair and square!
However, if you shrink it in the dryer or wipe out trying a new trail feature for the first time, that's on you. Sorry pal. We will give you a discount to replace it though!
Think of it like a crash warranty on your bike.

SHIPPING COST
The cost of delivery depends on the size, weight and value of your order. To find the exact cost of shipping for your order, simply add the items you want to your basket, and the shipping cost will automatically update in your basket.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Your order will be shipped from Calgary, Alberta. That means you get even lower prices as we have removed sales tax & PST.
Our our whole operation is designed to get your order out the door and on its way to you in the shortest possible time, so you aren't left waiting.
To take advantage of even quicker delivery, please opt for our Priority Tracked Express service.
CHECK MY ORDER STATUS
You can check your order status using the my account feature. You will be able to see all the information about your order including tracking information if applicable.
You will need the order number and email address used when you placed your order.
Also, if you open your order confirmation email, you'll see a tracking link or order status that tells you what is going on. Look in your inbox (and potentially your junk mail depending on spam settings) for the shipping confirmation when it hits the road.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have a full 30 days to return it for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a sale able condition and in there original packaging with all labels still attached.
There are some exclusions to our 69 day return policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):
- Products received over 69 days ago
- Products that have been washed or excessively worn
(this gets you a crash replacement instead! Send us an email) - Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition as deemed by The Flannel Crew
Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Exchange policy.
Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Exchange policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances
We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.
